Ciudad de la Luz studios is hosting since last Monday on soundstage number 6 the shooting the Spaniard-Argentinian co-production 'Un cuento chino' from Argentine writer-director Sebastian Borensztein.
After several weeks of filming at various locations in Argentina, the film's artistic team will work over 3 weeks in the facilities and sets of Ciudad de la Luz studios.
Sebastian Borensztein filmmaker counts for his second movie with a cast highlighted the film's leading actors Ricardo Darin and the young actor Ignacio Huang. In addition the cast is completed with Argentine artists such as Muriel Santa Ana, Carolina Hsu, Pablo Seijo and Ivan Romanelli.
Tornasol Films, Films Castafiore, Aliwood and the Argentinian Pampa and Films are the producers of this film that tells the story of Roberto, a veteran of the Falklands War who lives secluded in his home, barricaded, without contact with the world until a strange event awakens and brings him back to life.
This comedy tells the encounter between Roberto and a Chinese man named Jun who wanders lost through the city of Buenos Aires in search of his only living relative, his uncle.
