Synopsis
Alex and Virginia have just bought a flat under constuction, on the outskirts of a big city in search of lower prices. they collect their savings to pay the entrance fee, and a mortgage for
forty years. The house is their dream: two bedrooms, kitchen, living room with fireplace and the thing that persuades Alex, a terrace. Small, only five square meters, but with wonderful views: a huge pine forest, and far off the sea.
Only a few months before the date for the delivery of the flat the building is still in floor structure. Their rent contract expires and they have to move to her parents home. One day they discover the fraud: the licenses were bought and the blocks are being built on protected land. Apparently there has been an Iberian lynx walking in the works, what uncovers the scandal. The area is sealed and the construction is stopped.
Neighbors form a platform of protest and denounce the constructor. The constructor offers them an economic agreement, which is less than fifty percent of the money invested. Many want to sign, including Virginia but Alex does not know what to do.
